With over 5 years of real estate experience, he has built his reputation on a foundation of integrity, professionalism, innovative marketing, and a high-quality network spanning industries like entertainment, fashion, startups and more. Nate is a charismatic Caribbean Brooklynite, the values instilled in him attribute to the zealous businessman he is today.
 

It is fulfilling for Nate to empower clients and the community to build wealth through real estate and be a catalyst for growth. Experience in international sales and marketing made a seamless transition as a realtor branding himself as “Sold by Nate Brown” offering global real estate service. He has aligned himself with senior brokers and mentors to whom he attributes his success. Over the years Nate has demonstrated a talent for assessing markets, mitigating risks, and a unique valuation style from his background working in an investment fund.
 

Nate is deeply engaged in social impact and innovation as a leader of the Brooklyn Hub for the Global Shapers Community. This is an international initiative that emerged from the World Economic Forum Across 456 city-based hubs throughout 150 countries to address community needs through diverse projects in response to disasters, poverty alleviation, climate action, and fostering inclusive societies.

Also, Nate is a Board member of the YMCA in Brooklyn and a founding member of the B.L.A.C. (Black Luxury Agents Collective), a global inclusive affinity group founded in 2021 to support and encourage the black community within the Sotheby’s International Realty network and drive wealth within the Black community. During his free time, Nate may be found dining, traveling, or in the fashion and entertainment scene.
